Amos 5: 18-20 Woe to you who long for the day of the LORD! Why do you long for the day of the LORD? That day will be darkness, not light. 19) It will be as though a man flees from a lion only to meet a bear, as though he entered his house and rested his hand on the wall only to have a snake bite him. 20) Will not the day of the LORD be darkness, not light- pitch dark, without a ray of brightness?

According to Isaiah (34) Edom, a specific people, who would multiply into numerous powerful countries will be completely ruled by devils, before being utterly destroyed.

Isaiah 34:12 Her nobles will have nothing there to be called a kingdom, all her princes will vanish away. 13) And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof and it shall be an habitation of dragons, and a court for owls.

It is believed that owls signify those who have given themselves up to the darkness of sin, those who flee from the light of righteousness.

Isaiah 34:12-13 alludes to the complete desolation and societal collapse of Edom. The lead nation of all the nations during the final era. It depicts a ruined, uninhabited land where nobility vanishes, and palaces fall. A nation where evil spirits, wild animals and demonic creatures reside, symbolizing a total reversal from civilization into uncivilized chaos. 

According to “Bible Project,” in scripture, dragons represent rebellious spiritual beings and the violent human empires in league with them.

Isaiah 34:14 Wildcats and hyenas, (idolatrous worshipers) will meet there; and Billy-goats (representing sinfulness, rebellion and stubbornness); Satyrs call to each other; Lilith (an evil false religion) will lurk there and find herself a place to rest.

Here it is foretold that many nations shall emanate from Edom but one in particular will be completely overwhelmed by very powerful demons as well as many other destructive influences.

Isaiah prophesied the destruction of both natural and spiritual Assyria and especially Babylon, which will come to it’s conclusion very soon. (Moab), Southern Jordan, and (Assyria) which today would consist of Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Syria, and Turkey.

15) There shall the dart-snake (representing malicious evil) make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shade; yea, there shall the kites be gathered, every one with her mate.

The word “baqa” translated as hatch, actually means to break open, or through. To split, or divide which probably means evil will be multiplied several times.

Kites are birds of prey, similar to buzzards, not only do they (spiritually) devour the dead and dying, but here, they appear to be the major cause in the destruction of their own nation.

Matthew 24: 28 Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.

This, a future prophecy, a very somber call to attention. A warning specifically directed toward the people of today. It reveals how many powerful end time governments will be structured specifically to move in opposition to GOD’s WILL. These governments, may appear to have human rulers, but in actuality they are governed by (demons). This includes Ecclesiastical Babylon, which is, the Roman Catholic Church and Christianity. It also includes America, and many other Christian nations. This prophecy also includes many Islamic nations as well.

According to scripture, every one of these nations are ruled by demons!

The Stratocratic, monarchical nation of Great Britain, alone, between the 16th and 20th centuries, enslaved and/or colonized over one fourth of the entire world’s landmass and population. You think that won’t go unpunished?

This is why the Bible warns us to come out of the world! Because of the leadership and authority of these governing powers are filled with wickedness and evil.

2nd Corinthians 6: 17-18 Therefore, “Come out from them and be separate, says the LORD. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be MY sons and daughters, says the LORD ALMIGHTY.”

The Bible also assures us, that all these human governments will soon come to an end!

Revelation 18:2 With a mighty voice he shouted: “Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’ She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean and detestable bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal. 3) For the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries (idolatry). The kings of the earth committed adulatory (idolatry) with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries.”

This may be alluding to both the UK and America!!

This Scripture calls out both Babylon’s; the empire, the British Empire and ecclesiastical Babylon (the Roman Catholic Church) which includes Christianity).

The Bible Continues to reveal the FATHER’s displeasure, and HIS anger against all the worlds nations, especially Edom!

Jeremiah 49:20 (MSG) So, listen to this plan that GOD has worked out against Edom, the blueprint of what HE’s prepared for those who live in Teman (Yemen):

“Believe it or not, the young, the vulnerable- mere lambs and kids- will be dragged off. Believe it or not, the flock, in shock, helpless to help, will watch it happen. The very earth will shudder because of their cries, cries of anguish heard at the distant Red Sea. Look! An eagle (a bird of prey) soars, swoops down, spread wings over Bozrah (Buseirah, Jordan). Brave warriors will double up in pain, helpless to fight, like a woman giving birth to a baby.”

Isaiah 34: 1-2 Come near, you nations, and listen; pay attention, you peoples! Let the earth hear, and all that is in it, the world, and all that comes out of it!
2) The LORD is angry with all nations; HIS wrath is on them and all their armies. He will totally destroy them, HE will give them over to slaughter.

Authors notes: Now, some may try to soothe you by telling you that this prophecy has already taken place.

But, I assure you, it has not!

These scriptures reveal GOD’s retribution toward specific nations, on a collision course to meet with inescapable doom. But, remember, Isaiah 34:1-2, also made it crystal clear that, “GOD IS ANGRY WITH ALL NATIONS!”

Idumeans or Edomites were once called the Roman Empire, later they became many portions of the Western (Holy Rome) and the Eastern (Byzantine) Empires. (This includes the Ashkenazi Jews, who themselves continue to declare the Edomites are descendants of Rome and Europe.)

Constantine the Great and the Papacy, are at the origins of both the Holy Rome and the Byzantine Empires, spreading their religious and political dogma throughout the world using war, trade, slavery, and colonialism. Holy Rome ruled the west while the Byzantine Empire commanded the east, for over a thousand years.

Babylon which was equally powerful in her time, later became the “British Empire.” It was described in Daniel as “Babylon, the Great,” (Great Britain), The British Empire, was largely responsible for spreading or forcing Christianity and western ideology and culture throughout a fourth of the world’s population.

Isaiah 34:3-5 Their slain will be thrown out, their dead bodies will stink; the mountains will be soaked with their blood. 4) All the stars in the sky will be dissolved and the heavens rolled up like a scroll: all the starry host will fall like withered leaves from the vine, like shriveled figs from the fig tree.

5) (NLT) And when My sword has finished its work in the heavens, it will fall upon Edom, the nation I have marked for destruction. 6) The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea, physically, (Southwestern Jordan, between the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba). Spiritually, it calls-out all the great nations whom have stood in opposition to the ONE TRUE GOD, spewing religious lies during these last 2000 years.

Isaiah 34:3-5 describes the final destination of the once, Holy Roman Empire (Europe), in the west along with it’s eastern counterpart, the Byzantine Empire. Parts of the Middle East, and many eastern European countries which expanded into Russia.

5) For MY sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon ‘Idumea,’ (also Esau) and upon the people (nations) of MY curse, to judgment.

In 1453 Constantinople was defeated by the Ottoman Empire, an Islamic Caliphate ruled by Mehmed V. Up until this time they (Holy Rome and Byzantine), were the two iron legs in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, described in Daniel chapter two, which history confirms as the Holy Roman, and Byzantine Empires.

This explains how during the end, many nations and their inhabitants will spiritually be reduced to lowly vermin, unwanted and destructive insects, and noxious animals. This is because there leaders are evil spirits, described as Billy-goats; Satyrs, serpents, and birds of prey. The Bible continues to warn us how these, evil demonic spirits, will quickly over-take all the nations of the world in the final days.

GOD promises that all world governments will be taken down by HIS OWN HAND!

According to Daniel 2, King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream which perplexed him greatly. He called out to all his magicians, wizards and priest to repeat to him his dream, which he himself could not remember, and to explain it’s interpretation. No one was able to accomplish this impossible feat. But, GOD gave Daniel not only the dream…..

Daniel 3: 31-35 “You saw, O king, and behold, a great image. This image, mighty and of exceeding brightness, stood before you, and its appearance was frightening. 32 The head of this image was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver, its middle and thighs of bronze, 

According to Daniel the image was an effigy (an idol made in the image of men which GOD hated) depicting multiple great nations beginning with the gold head which represented Nebuchadnezzar’s own nation of ancient Babylon. The silver upper torso and arms, Medo-Persia, while the lower torso and hips; bronze we later discovered were the Helens (Greece) branching off into the hips, Rome and the two iron legs, representing eastern and western Roman Empires. The ten toes made up of iron and miry clay represent ten kings who (in the future) would give over their power to the beast (the dragon).

(33) its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay. (34) As you looked, a stone was cut out by no human hand, and it struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. 35 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold, all together were broken in pieces, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, so that not a trace of them could be found. But the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.

Daniel also revealed it’s interpretation..

(40) And there shall be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron, because iron breaks to pieces and shatters all things. And like iron that crushes, it shall break and crush all these. (41) And as you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom, but some of the firmness of iron shall be in it, just as you saw iron mixed with the soft clay. (42) And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly brittle. (43) As you saw the iron mixed with soft clay, so they will mix with one another in marriage, but they will not hold together, just as iron does not mix with clay. 

In verse (42) the word translated as brittle; tebar, Aramaic is akin to “shabar” which actually means fragile or frailty.

This mixing of demonic spirits with human men in marriage refers to the merging together or oaths given to their pagan gods (their spiritual princes, the actual rulers of these evil territories).

The Hebrew word (arab #6148) that was translated as marriage in English actually defines a pledge; to make a pledge, or to swear an oath. Could this be speaking in terms of pledging allegiances? Such as the pledge we take in America, the Canadian oath, or even the oath of allegiance to the crown in Great Britain.

44 And in the days of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand forever, (45) just as you saw that a stone was cut from a mountain by no human hand, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold. A great God has made known to the king what shall be after this. The dream is certain, and its interpretation sure.”

Most believe that these mighty empires dissolved long ago, but, I reiterate, according to scripture, these daemons, governing through men have strategically seized every powerful position in government and in the world.

Jordan, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Eastern Europe, which include the Ashkenazi Jews (today’s Israel), Kuwait, Egypt, and other parts of northern Africa, along with the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Churches, all appear to be included in these prophecies.

The LORD specifically promises vengeance against these nations who are at enmity with HIS WORD, those who constantly desecrate HIS Laws, and have endeavored to demolish HIS True Ecclesia, which is not a church but HIS TRUE Congregation of believers.

According to “Bible Hub” this is the time which GOD hath long since appointed and fixed to vindicate the cause of HIS oppressed and persecuted people against all their enemies.

Isaiah 34 : 7 And the wild oxen will fall with them, the bull calves and great bulls. Their land will be drenched with blood and the dust will be soaked in fat.

Again reciting Bible Hub, Wild beasts translates as the Chief Princes and potentates (monarchs), which will be brought down and humbled by THE TRUE GOD.

Isaiah 34: 6-8 Lord YAHWEH has a judgment-sword dripping with blood. It is smeared with fat, dripping with the blood of lambs and goats, and covered with the fat of rams’ kidneys. Lord YAHWEH has a sacrifice in Bozrah and a great slaughter in the land of Edom. Cattle and young bulls will also be slain; their land will be drenched with blood and the dust soaked with fat. For Lord YAHWEH has a day of vengeance, a year of vindication for Zion’s cause.

Isaiah 34: 9 Edom’s streams will be turned into pitch, her dust into burning sulfur, her land will become blazing pitch! 10 It will not be quenched night or day; its smoke will rise forever. From generation to generation, it will lie desolate; no one will ever pass through it again.

In the book of Revelation, it was prophesied, that the entire world would worship the dragon!

Over the course of a GOD DAY (a 1260 year period) the earth has become a wasteland filled with idols. Almost the entire world worships the beast!!

Bowing To Idols!!

Revelation 16: 13 And I saw, coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs. 14) For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles (semeion), which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of GOD ALMIGHTY.

These were demons spreading calamitous lies. Many of these lies came directly from the mouth of the false prophet (the pope and his workers of doom). This beast (Christ/Christianity) holds influence over many of the most powerful nations; together with the dragon (Satan himself), it has mounted a final coordinated attack, turning the entire earth against GOD.

The Greek word, semeion translated as, “miracle” in English would describe an unusual occurrence, transcending the common course of nature. It explains specifically how the false prophet (Pope), and the anti messianic beast (Christos) using the beast nation (the British Empire) and the horns caused this final corruption which turned the men of the last days into enemies of the ONE TRUE GOD.

The false prophet (pope/ beast that spoke like a dragon) along with the beast nation, have persuaded almost all people to reject Yehoshua the Messiah, whose name in Hebrew literally means GOD is salvation, in exchange for the Greek/English imposter, “Christos”!

Under the influence of this same entity (the pope) laws were created to observe Sunday rest and worship; created as a memorial to the sun god, “Christos.” Through this observance, the beast has successfully moved the entire world away from Sabbath day rest, into idolatry and paganism!

Lastly, we must acknowledge how idolatry, has over-taken the entire globe by storm. This was the number “one,” most egregious sin, GOD warned us against, over and over again; and yet it has become the very symbol of Christian god; the largest religion in the world.

1st John 5:21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols!

Idol – an image or a representation of a god used as an object of worship, this would absolutely include crosses!

Deuteronomy 4: 28- 31 There, in a foreign land, you will worship idols made from wood and stone—gods that neither see nor hear nor eat nor smell. But from there you will search again for the LORD your God. And if you search for him with all your heart and soul, you will find him.

When will we see the GREAT DAY of the LORD?

The Great Day of GOD ALMIGHTY–

2nd Peter 3:8 With the LORD a day is like a thousand years.

Understand that this great day is not a mere 24 hour period but an elongated length of time lasting over, 1,000 years!

During this time – the world will began to openly worship the dragon using his idol.

Revelation 13: 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the BOOK OF LIFE of the LAMB slain from the foundation of the world.

What does it mean when the Bible say’s the “Life of the LAMB slain from the foundation of the world?”

Notice this new world was founded when the LAMB was slain, an event which happened over 2,000 years ago!! The event when Yehoshua was executed!

Multiple false religions have unfortunately been constructed since then. The largest of them being, “Christianity,” who dominates with over 2.5 billion members, equaling over a third of the entire worlds population. Islam, the second largest religion boast over 1.9 billion members.

The Greek word translated here as, foundation, katable, means sowing, as in the sowing of seeds.

Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. ⁸ Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

Revelation 13:9-10 Whoever has ears, let them hear. “If anyone is to go into captivity,
    into captivity they will go.
If anyone is to be killed with the sword,
    with the sword they will be killed.”

This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God’s people.

Divine decrees were written and set over a thousand years ago, and GOD has made it abundantly clear which behaviors would lead to what end.

GOD warned HIS people about curses. HE warned them of tribulations and persecutions, (a difficult period of suffering), a period 1260 years approaching due to their sin. HE said to remain strong and faithful during this very dark space of time.

11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on earth in the sight of men.

In an attempt to articulate this complicated scripture, one could glean multiple historic facts. First the Greek word translated as doeth, (do) poieo #4160 actually means to manufacture, or “to produce.” Next the word translated as, “great wonder,” again, semeion, is defined as an unusual occurrence, transcending the normal course of nature. This is quite literally a powerful force which disrupts the natural order. One which causes men to stumble onto a very dark and unnatural way or path according to GOD.

Third the Greek word translated as fire “pur” # 4442 describes a sacrificial fire, one that could either utterly destroy or purify. This indicates tribulation, persecution, strife, trials, and tests which will lead to physical destruction but not necessarily spiritual death. Metaphorically this fire is one meant to make pure. The Greek word “pur,” became the origin word for the English “purify”.

“He makes fire come down from heaven.”

The Greek word translated as come down from, (katabaino #2597) is usually characterized as, “to descend.” The Greek word (Ouranos #3772), interpreted as heaven is actually the Greek name for yet another pagan god, “Uranus.” This pagan god, is not only responsible for switching man’s natural path, into an unnatural one, but he appears to imitate yet another fallen angel. One whose influence is extremely powerful, not just upon it’s own landmass (the country it governs) but over the entire earth. It is written that, he causes fire to come down from heaven. This tells us that he sacrifices many who are defenseless, weak and innocent. Often using pain, torture, enslavement and other cruel methods in the presence of both men and angels, to assert it’s power over the earth.

A Dragon by any other name is still just a deceptive serpent with a fork tongue and wings!

First- Constantine the Great had a vision, one in which he claimed to have witnessed a fiery sign in the sky (the idol representing his god Helios Christos; a cross). He claimed that an angel told him to conquer using this very sign. (Rev. 6:2)

Second- a fiery hell and brimstone deception spread by none other then the Catholic Church, used to galvanize millions in donations. People paid priest lots of money to gain Church indulgences. An “Indulgence,” was a certificate offered by the Catholic Church, believed to be the sole redeemable way, one could reduce the length of punishment which inevitably awaited all souls after death. (Again this was a false belief spread by Catholics, which people believed they would descend to purgatory before ascending into heaven).

Martin Luther wrote his Ninety-five Theses, or “Disputation on the Power and Efficacy of Indulgences” in 1517 speaking against this very practice.

An indulgence – is a ready made receipt, with an empty space for the purchaser, it was meant to take to a father confessor as proof of having obtained the right to the forgiveness of sins.

It would appear that the most dark and horrifying disasters throughout our history, the Slave Trade, the Inquisitions, the Crusades, some of the worst wars, and colonialism, all began with the Roman Catholic Church and Christianity. Spread through an over abundance of demonic activity.

The Catholic Church was also responsible for what was reported as a “Century of Trauma, “involving thousands of Native children who were exploited by Catholic priest.” Innocent Native children were forcibly extracted from their homes, tortured, raped, many were also killed. Another egregious atrocity, originating from the Roman Catholic Church, the pope, and Christianity.

Finally, when we consider fire, falling out of the sky, literally – we should also take into account Mr. J. Robert Oppenheimer, a Manhattan born Jewish physicist, who is known today as “the father of the atom bomb,” he is literally responsible, for creating the catastrophic monstrosity known as the atom bomb. A dooms day creation with the ability to literally rain sulfur, fire and brimstone upon the earth.

Sadly, instead of condemning these horrific weapons of mass destruction, people continue to idolize them. It is alleged that these weapons, along with other massive destructive agents aid in securing our protection. Believe it, or not, many Christians and other religious groups boast that a posture which threatens total annihilation actually promotes peace.

Revelation 13:4 People worshiped the Dragon because he had given authority to the beast (a nation), and they also worshiped the beast, (again the nation including the ten horns; the ones with nuclear capabilities) by asking, “Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?’

We must remember people tend to idealize that which is dark, cruel, and absolutely horrifying, rather than the agents of peace, mercy and love. Those who deal in words of comfort, and acts of kindness, expressing gestures of good will, are either laughed at, or seen as weak by the world including most religious types.

The Manhattan Project was a collaboration between the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Canada. In 1945 it was used against Japan by the United States. The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was conducted by the United States against Japan. Later using spies and working through many secret operations involving espionage, Russia, gained the information needed to create their own nuclear weapons. The development and ownership of these powerful weapons is what began the “Cold War” which lasted from 1945–1989.

To date nine countries own nuclear weapons: Russia, United Kingdom, United States, France, China, India, Pakistan, Israel, and North Korea. A tenth country, Iran may eventually hold their own nuclear capabilities, since President Trump blew up the nuclear deal created by President Obama (The JCPOA, which went into effect on January 2016, imposing restrictions on Iran’s civilian nuclear enrichment program. Five other permanent members of the UN Security Council (China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States) and Germany—collectively known as the P5+1 and the European Union (EU) took part as well.

We know in the end there will be ten countries, worshiped because of great power (probably nuclear) given to them from the Dragon.

Will Iran become the tenth horn?

Interesting, Canada has not officially maintained or possessed weapons of mass destruction since 1984 they have signed treaties repudiating the possession of them.
