The Rapture

The blog you are about to read has been researched, organized, and laid out using information that may be highly offensive to some readers. These analysis were not gathered out of judgment, malice or grievance toward any group or person. This information was intended for research and discovery purposes only.

Deuteronomy 4:13 HE declared to you HIS covenant, the Ten Commandments. Which HE commanded you to follow, and then wrote them on two stone tablets.

The Rapture- Is it an event to rescue the saved, or to separate the wheat from the tares? Matthew 13: 24-30

If you look for the word rapture in the Bible, you won’t find it anywhere. Yet, many people believe none the less, that this event will, indeed, happen.

Some even claim there are scriptures alluding to such an event.

Rapture – (definition) An expression or manifestation of ecstasy, or passion. (elation)

This description doesn’t sound very spiritual!

These are the few scriptures said to allude to this infamous event…

1^st Thessalonians 4: 16-18 (TLV), For the Lord Himself shall come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the blast of GOD’s shofar, and the dead in Messiah shall rise first. ₁₇ Then we who are alive, who are left behind, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air -and so we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words. (The Greek word “epeita,” translated as “then” means “thereafter” or “afterwards”)

Take note that Paul said, “we who are alive, who are left behind.” The Greek word used for left behind perilei-pomai #4035, actually means, survived (to be left remaining).

Here, Paul explains that the dead in Yehoshua would rise first, before the righteous (living) are united with the Messiah.

The Greek word translated in English as “clouds” is “nephos.” It was often used in the Old Testament to describe physical clouds and divine presence, such as that cloud in which YHWH is (Exodus 13:21) to have gone before the Yisroelites on their march through the wilderness.

Those, which he distinguishes and are described as, “left behind,” would not refer to the wicked, but to believers who are still alive during this transitional period. They (the survivors) will be, “seized upon (Greek–harpazo’d) eagerly brought before Yehoshua haMashiach to join HIM and HIS FATHER at this time.

The Greek word translated, caught up, harpazo also means to seize upon, or claim for oneself eagerly. In Acts 8:39 Phillip is harpazo’d from the presence of the Ethiopian eunuch to a different location miles away.

Verse 15 According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. This whole message seems to center around the certainty that the dead in Yehoshua will be taken first!

The belief that people will be stopped in their tracks, and lifted into the sky in full view of everyone before other specific events take place, doesn’t seem to coincide with Paul’s actual message…

Luke, a physician who later became a disciple wrote in Luke 21: 25“There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea.

Did you know: due to some false doctrine many ministers claim that people will be taken in secret; some even saying that they will just suddenly disappear, but verse 16 states, “He will come down from heaven with a blast of GOD’s shofar.”

Paul’s description of this time was intended to give us comfort…..

to ease the pain of the people of Thessalonica and us today concerning loved ones, those who have preceded us in death. In these scriptures Paul encourages that we must remain patient and hopeful, unlike the rest of the world, we must continue in faith knowing that we will soon be reunited with our loved ones, all those who have preceded us in death, and now reside with Yehoshua.

1st Corinthians 15:51-53

“Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”

(Understand, multiple books and even movies have been written around man’s limited interpretation of these few scriptures. This too, has unfortunately become a billion dollar industry)

Here, Paul seems to associate himself with the group of people whom have already died in Yehoshua. His words stating, “that the dead will be raised incorruptible” and in that moment, “we will be changed” leads us to believe that at the moment of death, our loved ones were changed and made incorruptible. We must also acknowledge that since Paul is factually already dead, he sees himself as belonging to the group of incorruptible beings residing with YEHOSHUA.

But what of, this rapture?

The English word “raised,” is from the Greek, egeiro, which means to awaken, or to arouse, raise up. This describes one being awakened from a deep sleep, again this would refer to those who have already died.

Here, Paul seems to reveal that those who remain faithful to GOD through Yehoshua and the Holy Spirit until death, will be awaken or (raised up), when He returns. Scriptures like 1^st Thessalonians 4:17 refer to many who have already died in service to Yehoshua.

Paul also reveals; that afterwards, those who are still alive, the people during the final days, shall be caught up together in the clouds (this event happens after everything else). These scriptures seem to acknowledge three distinct groups. Those of faith who died before Yehoshua’s death and resurrection, those who died after HIS death and resurrection, and those who are alive remaining after prophecy is fulfilled.

Revelation chapter 19

Revelation 19: 17 – 20 Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and with a loud voice he called to all the birds that fly directly overhead, “come, gather for the great supper of GOD. 18 to eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and their riders (meaning the Calvary or deployed soldiers) and the flesh of all men, both free and slave, both small and great.”

19 And I saw the beast (anti-messianic beast) and the kings of the earth with their armies gathered to make war against HIM who was sitting on the horse and against HIS army. 20 And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet (the evil spirit positioned today as the office of pope) who in its presence had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped it’s image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. These events were spiritually witnessed and described in the Bible by John. Although John’s account is accurate, to the naked (carnal) mind events may not transpire quite the way John described.

Very interesting, these birds that were described as flying “overhead,” the Greek word that was translated as “overhead,” mesouranéma actually means mid-heaven, since most birds probably could not actually fly as high as to reach mid-heaven we are left to conclude that these may not be your ordinary birds!

mesouranéma – refers to the highest point in the sky, often translated as “midheaven” or “midst of heaven.” It is used in the New Testament to describe a position in the sky where something is prominently visible to all, often associated with divine or angelic proclamations. according to Berean Strong’s Lexicon

Those who die in Yehoshua

Scripture has also revealed that we are all but seeds awaiting to be sown (planted). And through planting (living a righteous physical life here on earth) we can achieve a newer incorruptible body. This newer incorruptible body appears to be what Paul was alluding to.

Consider: Allegorically the outer covering of a seed, called the “seed coat,” could also be seen as the physical body. The seed coat helps to protect the embryo (or soul) from injury, (if we follow GOD’s commands). When we choose Yehoshua (we also protect the seed from injury, from dehydration or drying out). Seed coats can be thin and soft (proud, arrogant and unyielding) subjecting their seed to corruption, or they can choose to be (meek and humble) remaining hard and unyielding to the worlds influence as with coconut seeds, durable, preserving the soul.

A common mis- interpretation…

Yehoshua said in Matthew 24:40-42, Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.

42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. This sounds as though these event will be witnessed by all and not done in secret.

Also, why do so many people interpret this message to mean that first ones taken, are the first rescued?

According to the “Amplified Bible” Luke 17:34, and I quote, “I tell you, on that night [when Messiah comes again] there will be two [sleeping] in one bed; the one (nonbeliever) will be taken [away in judgment] and the other (the believer) will be left.”

Yehoshua isn’t coming to rescue His flock, this was already accomplished the first time HE came! He is returning to remove all the destructive forces wreaking havoc and choking out His good seed. Literally robbing them of HIS truth, HIS nourishment, and HIS fresh water replenishment.

Matthew 24: 26-27 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert: go not forth: behold he is in the secret chambers; believe it not, 27 For as lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so, shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Yehoshua himself tells us, “As lightning comes out of the east and shines even unto the west”. This is how He will return.

His return will be sudden, so stay alert and be ready, but it will not be a secret. All eyes will witness HIS coming.

Here is even more proof…

Revelation 1:7 (CJB) Look! He is coming with the clouds! Every eye will see him, including those who pierced (#1574 ekkenteo) him; and all the tribes of the Land will mourn him.

ekkenteo-  metaphorical piercing of the heart or soul, (or cause of great heartache)

Luke 21:27-28 (KJV) And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift your heads (raise up the name of Yehoshua); for your redemption draws nigh.

Mark 13 And then shall He send His angels and shall gather together His elect (chosen) from the four winds, from the uttermost part (farthest ends) of the earth to the uttermost part (highest point) of heaven.

Revelation 19:7 “Let us rejoice and be glad! Let us give Him the glory! For the time has come for the wedding of the LAMB. and HIS Bride has prepared herself-fine linen. 8, bright and clean has been given to her to wear.” (“Fine linen” describes the righteous deeds of GOD’s people)

Rejoice as Yehoshua returns to gather HIS flock, all twelve tribes together in one pen, just as HE promised.

John 10: 16 And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to My voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd.

Revelation 19: 9-11 The angel said to me, “Write: ‘How blessed are those who have been invited to the wedding feast of the LAMB!” Then he added, “These are GOD’s very words.”₁₀ I fell at his feet to worship him; but he said, “Don’t do that! I’m only a fellow servant with you and your brothers who have the testimony of Yehoshua. Worship GOD! For the testimony of Yehoshua is the spirit of prophecy.”

11 Next, I saw heaven open, and there before me was a white horse. Sitting on it was the One called Faithful and True, and it is in righteousness that He passes judgment and goes to battle.

The dragon is Eventually locked away for a thousand years. Rev 20:2

He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the Devil, or Satan (the Adversary) and bound him for a thousand years. 3) He threw him into the abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time. 4) And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Yehoshua, and for the Word of GOD, also those (probably the people of the final thousand year period, who resisted Christianity, Islam and other false religions) who had not received the mark on their foreheads and on their hands. They came to life (eternal) and ruled with the Messiah for a thousand years.

Authors note: verse 4 tells us that those who were tortured, martyred or beheaded witnessing on behalf of the Messiah and for the Word of GOD; judgment was given to them. But it also mentions the people who did not receive the mark on their foreheads or on their hands (Sunday rest and worship), idolatry (the bowing to, or holding possession of, or in reverence to things such as the cross), the desecration of the Sabbath, or the worship of the anti- messianic beast (Christos).

Yeshua says in Matthew 5:19 “Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Rev. 20:5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were over.)

(6) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is anyone who has a part in the first resurrection; over him the second death has no power. On the contrary, they will be Cohanim (priest) of GOD and of the Messiah, and they will rule with Him for a thousand years.

7 When the thousand years are over, the Adversary will be set free from his prison ₈ and go out to deceive the nations in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them for battle. Their number is countless as the sand on the seashore;

This explains how the living people during these times will be completely free of Satan’s deceptive influence. For one thousand years he will be imprisoned and unable to deceive anyone.

verse 9 tells us that after the thousand years expire, Satan will be released. He will once again began to wreak havoc. Those under his influence came over the Land and surrounded the camp of GOD’s people and the city HE loves. But fire came down from heaven and consumed them.

10 The Adversary who had deceived them was hurled into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet were; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

In Ezekiel’s vision he sees a great city centered on the rebuilt Holy Temple (Yehoshua), the capital of the Messianic Kingdom, which becomes the meeting place for the twelve tribes of Yisroel, during the Messianic era. Hashem Shammah (The LORD is There) will be the new name of the city.

Ezekiel also tells us in 37:23 “They will never again defile themselves with their idols, their detestable things, or any of their transgressions; but I will save them from all the places where they have been living and sinning; and I will cleanse them, so that they will be my people, and I will be their GOD.

Revelation 21: 1-3 (CJB) (ISV) Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had passed away, and the sea was no longer there. 2 Also I saw the holy city, New Yerushalayim, coming down out of heaven from GOD, prepared like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. ₃ I heard a loud voice from the throne say, “See, the tent (Tabernacle) of GOD  is among humans!  HE will make HIS home with them, and they will be HIS people. GOD HIMSELF will be with them, and HE will be their GOD.

Unfortunately, the highly anticipated event, “The Rapture” or more accurately (the Reaping) seem to actually described these scriptures……

Matthew 13: 30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them but gather the wheat (those left behind) into my barn.

Matthew 15:13 But he answered and said, every plant which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. The Greek word “ekrizoō” translated as uproot, is a combination of two words,  “ek,” meaning “out of” or “to pull up” or “out,” and “rhizoó” defining firmly rooted. It means to pluck up what had previously been deeply rooted.

This explains what is currently happening around the world today. The Great Harvest is upon us. GOD’s people HIS (wheat) are silently maturing into ripeness. It appears that not only will tares be quite evident before GOD, as they will began to appear in sharp contrast to the wheat but as these tares, continue to grow into full maturity, they will continue in their loud and boastful unrelenting behavior, scoffers around the world. They will continue to blatantly choose hate over love, lies over truth, and violence over peace. Completely unaware that they are already past their expiration (due) date.

According to scripture GOD is waiting for the Wheat to completely mature. Once they are strong enough and fully detached from the tares, the workers (the angels) will then collect the tares, bind them up, and burned them, before the wheat is gathered into HIS barn!

Matthew 13: 49 “So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth and sever the wicked from among the just.” Verse 41 says, “The son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; ₄₂ And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

In Hebrew iniquity is “Avon” it means to bend, twist, or distort. Iniquity is the bending, twisting, and distorting of truth, and the manipulation of GOD’s WORD.

Matthew 24: 38 explains, For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark. ₃₉ And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so, shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Notice that the wicked were carried away (uprooted) by the flood, not the just. According to the book of Genesis those who were lawless (unrighteous) were taken first, while the righteous were left behind. This is the very analogy used by Yehoshua to describe HIS return on the last day.

According to scripture, first, the tares (unrestrained commandment breakers) were to be separated from the just, gathered together, bound into bundles for burning. HIS wheat, however, were to be (harpazo’d) into HIS barn.

Why did Yehoshua said in His parable not to risk pulling up the tares before the wheat was fully matured? (Matthew 13:29-30) Perhaps because we are all connected, many of us in the most intimate of relationships, husband and wife, father and son, mother and daughter, sisters and brothers. Separating these relationships too early could cause too much disruption and may even cause harm to the wheat. He said to Let both grow together until the harvest, then at that time, at the time of harvest, “I will say to the reapers, First gather together the tares and bind them into bundles for burning, but gather the wheat (those left behind) into MY barn.”

Shavuot, “the Feast of the Harvest,” is celebrated as the in-gathering of the fruits of the earth. This encourages us to look forward to the great day of the final in-gathering, When the LORD (YEHOSHUA) shall send forth HIS reapers to gather the tares together in bundles for the fire, and to gather the wheat into HIS garner.” Matthew 13: 24-30

Believe it or not, many sinners appear to be quite eager for the day of reckoning.

Amos 5:18-20 Woe to you who long for the day of the LORD! Why do you long for the day of the LORD? That day will be darkness, not light. ₁₉ It will be as though a man fled from a lion only to meet a bear, as though he entered his house and rested his hand on the wall only to have a snake bite him. ₂₀ Will not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? Even very dark, and no brightness in it?

In these last days, the wise will begin to comprehend God’s message, but the wicked will continue to make excuses, ignoring what is blatantly before their eyes. Continuing to listen to ungodly men bend and twist the words of GOD into a lie, using these very deceptions to distract and divert from the obvious.

ROMANS 8:5-8 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the spirit have their minds set on what the spirit desires. ₆ The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the spirit is life and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to GOD; It does not submit to GOD’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please GOD.

Micah 4:1 And it will come about in the last days That the mountain of the house of the LORD Will be established as the chief of the mountains (governments). It will be raised above the hills, And the people will stream to it. The Mountain represents the nation of GOD, the only true government which shall endure through HIS Messiah.

John 6:57 As the Living FATHER sent Me, and I live because of the FATHER, so whoever eats Me (receive My Word) lives  because of Me. 58, This is the bread that came down from heaven. It isn’t like the bread (manna) your ancestors ate, and then they died. Whoever eats this bread (Spiritual) will live forever.
